It may be possible to use the Public Hall and Courthouse during Covid-19 restrictions but hirers are responsible for ensuring all the current requirements of the DHHS are met. This information is displayed on their website under Community Services See: Community services | Coronavirus Victoria . Under the 2 square metre rule, using the Victorian Government QR Code electronic system for recording attendees and depending on the layout of seating we believe it may be possible to have up to 120 people in the Public Hall and 20 people in the Courthouse. Also, any current rules for wearing of masks has to be enforced. At the moment (13 January, 2021) masks are required to be worn in Community Centres. Musicians and bands also have to follow the DHHS requirements under Entertainment & Culture. See Entertainment and culture | Coronavirus Victoria. This means musicians and bands should be 5 metres from the audience.
